Health Tip !!

Staying fit is an arduous task...(since the weight control curriculum that we always miss to follow!!)


Here's a simple fitness tip I came across to stay in shape sans the rigid exercise regime. The additional perk is it also helps to improve the skin tones.


All we need to do is drink half a liter water , one hour before break fast , lunch and dinner. 


Well give it a try and let me know if it works!!
